Running Eagle Falls

Not far from Two Medicine Lake is Running Eagle Falls, which was flowing pretty good when I saw it in July. When there isn’t as much water the falls actually spew out of a hole in the rock. You can kind of see it about a 1/3 of the way up the falls on the right.

Cattle Point Lighthouse

There are two lighthouses on San Juan Island in Washington State; there’s one at Lime Kiln State Park and this one at Cattle Point.

Sleep…Who Needs Sleep

I would never think of getting up at 4:30 AM (3:30 AM on the west coast where I’m from) especially while on vacation but once I got into photography there’s no way I’d pass up a sunrise at place like Two Medicine Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana.

Snow Lake Trail

The wild flowers were out when I was up at Snow Lake at Mount Rainier National Park, which is about an easy 2.5 mile hike round trip with some great views.
